GOAL: Quality assurance measures will ensure customers satisfaction with services and supports (RCSC grant)

STATUS:*nbsp; Currently being worked on by above members and they are gathering sample surveys
NOTES: At the meeting on December 10, 2002 the group decided to concentrate on one good survey tool for customers and not do surveys for provider agencies or direct care staff
GOAL: Identify the programs that currently have waiting lists. (PIC priority #10) Collect Data on waiting lists: why people remain and recommendations for changes (RCSC Grant activity)
ACTION STEP 1: Collect waiting list data and see what additional information is needed to make them useful for tracking implementation of Olmstead.

GOAL: A toll-free 800 number provide information about services and supports in the community. (14)(51) This number will also take reports of abuse in the system and and other pertinent information.
NOTES: The workgroup was unsure of this goal as it appears other workgroups are working on this goal. The workgropu would like clarification if we are to continue or if this is being worked on elsewhere.
