HOME ACCESS MODIFICATIONS

SHOW ME LOANS

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Persons with disabilities
  • Home ownership
SERVICES:
  • Low interest (2 - 4%) loans
  • Home access modifications

Loans may be obtained for home access modifications such as: wheelchair ramps, stairway lifts, widening doorways, bathroom modifications and other access improvements. Loans toward the purchase of homes are not available. The program is administered by Missouri Assistive Technology (MoAT). Interested persons may get more information or a loan application by calling MoAT at 800-647-8557, or they may send an email to matpmo@swbell.net.
