LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT (LIHTC)*

ELIGIBILITY:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Low-income*

Although this program is for encouraging developers to build affordable housing it has created over 37,000 units in Missouri for individuals that meet eligibility guidelines. For information on availability in your area contact Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC*) at 816-759-6668.
