RENTAL ASSISTANCE

HOME PROGRAM

ELIGIBILITY:
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Low-income* or very low income*

Similar to Low Income Housing Tax Credit* in that it is for encouraging developers to build affordable housing. This program provides additional units for very low* and low-income*` persons and families. For further information on what is available in your area contact MHDC* at 816-759-6668.
